When you submit an inquiry about a job at Lunds and Byerly’s, we ask for your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, a brief description of your related work experience, the store location you are interested in, and your preferred work schedule. If you send an e-mail to inquire about a position with Lunds and Byerly’s, the information we receive is the information you include in your cover letter, resume and e-mail message (we will also automatically receive your e-mail address). In either case, we will use this information to match your experience and preferences with the job openings we have, and someone from Lunds and Byerly’s will contact you about a possible employment opportunity. The information you submit is used only for recruiting purposes and is not shared with any third party. Please note that by submitting your information regarding employment opportunities with Lunds and Byerly’s, you authorize us to transmit and store your information in our recruitment database, and to circulate that information as necessary for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications for job vacancies at Lunds and Byerly’s or any of the Lund Food Holdings’ companies. When you subscribe to the E-Newsletter, we ask for your name, e-mail address and the Lunds and Byerly’s store you visit most of the time. We use this information only to make sure you receive each edition of the E-Newsletter, and to help us measure store traffic. Each week, you will receive the E-Newsletter electronically and will also receive information on how to cancel your subscription via e-mail to Lunds and Byerly’s. When you e-mail a question to one of our experts, we receive your e-mail address and any other information you choose to include in your e-mail, which we will not use for any purpose but to answer the question you submit. If we receive similar questions from other users, we may post the most frequently asked questions on our site under the “Q & A” section, and it may be similar to, or the same as, the question you submitted. When you subscribe to a mobile offer, we will ask for your mobile phone number and we may ask for your e-mail address and the Lunds or Byerly’s store that you visit most frequently.
