Adjustments must be completed 7 business days prior to your event. Any requests for changes after that deadline are subject to approval and no changes can be made the day before or the day of your order.

Absolutely!  Drop off is a popular option that Lunds and Byerlys Catering offers. Delivery orders require a food and beverage minimum of $300.  A reasonable delivery fee will be applied based on the location of the delivery.

We offer the daily convenience of delivery starting bright and early at 6:15 a.m. up until 6:15 p.m.  Your delivery will be assigned a 1 hour delivery window.  If you’d like delivery outside of these hours please call us and an Event Planner will assist you.

Holiday delivery hours may vary.

We do offer Catering pick up Monday – Friday 8am to 4 pm at our Lunds and Byerlys Catering office.  Pick up orders require a food and beverage minimum of $300.

The Lunds and Byerlys Catering office is just to the right as you come through the main entrance of the St. Louis Park Lunds and Byerlys store.

Lunds and Byerlys Catering pick up is not available at Lunds and Byerlys store locations.

Lunds and Byerlys Catering is pleased to offer our guests an effortless way to entertain at your office, home or venue. With our Delivery Set Up option we will unpack and arrange your menu selections, remove tray lids, set up chafing dishes, and set out serving utensils.  Let our professional and polished team take set up off of your to do list!

Lunds and Byerlys Catering has a polished and professional staff of skilled servers and bartenders ready to take your event to the next level.  Your Event Planner will work with you to plan a memorable event.

We do not keep an inventory of rental items, but we’re able to coordinate rentals on your behalf for items such as tables, chairs, linens, china – anything you need for a successful event, we’ve got it covered!

Our Event Planning staff can assist you with a wide range of services, everything from placing a simple order of boxed lunches or as complex as a conference, workshop or wedding.

All cold menu items are designed to make your event run beautifully by arriving on platters or in bowls. All that is needed is to take the lid off and present on your buffet table.

All hot items will be delivered in foil pans and can be delivered hot and ready to eat or cold with heating instructions to be served at a later time. Ask your Event Planner about keeping hot food hot in chafing dishes.

Lunds & Byerlys Catering is located inside of the St. Louis Park Lunds & Byerlys store at 3777 Park Center Blvd.  You will find our office just to the right inside of the store’s main entrance.

We accommodate in-person meetings by appointment.  Please call us at 952-897-9800 to schedule.

A 25% deposit is required for all orders and full payment is due 7 days in advance of your event/order. If you are placing an order with less than 7 days’ notice, payment is due in full at the time of order placement.

Orders cancelled 8 or more business days in advance of  your date will not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations that take place before 4pm, 4 to 7 business days before delivery or pick-up are subject to a 25% cancellation fee

Cancellations taking place after 4pm, 2 to 3 business days before delivery or pick-up are subject to a 50% cancellation fee

Cancellations taking place the day prior to your delivery or pick-up are non-refundable.

We can accommodate kosher-style items, but we are not a kosher kitchen.

Yes, we have items on our menu to meet dietary needs and some items can be altered. Please inquire about specifics with your Event Planner.
