Reheating Instructions

Heating instructions are guidelines only, as oven temperatures vary, and heating multiple items at once will increase cooking times. Please heat all food to an internal temperature of 165 F and adjust cooking times accordingly.

Holiday Ham Dinner (3-5)
This dinner contains all fresh products and should be served within two days of purchase to guarantee freshness. Keep refrigerated until ready to heat and serve.

CARVED HAM

Your ham is fully cooked and ready to eat. To prepare a hot ham, please follow these heating instructions.

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place covered pan in oven center rack.
  3. Bake on center oven rack for 20-35 min.
  4. Carefully remove ham from oven and remove foil.

 

* It is important not to overcook your ham as it will cause dryness and a tough texture.

 

GOLDEN CHEDDAR POTATOES

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. With foil lid on. Place in oven.
  3. Bake on center rack for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
  4. Carefully remove from oven; let rest 5 minutes before serving.

 

ROASTED VEGETABLES

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Remove foil cover.
  3. Place in oven.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove from oven and serve.

 

ARTISAN RASPBERRY WALNUT SALAD

  1. Locate salad mix and dressing packet.
  2. Pour desired amount of dressing over salad.
  3. Toss salad and place into serving bowl.

 

MUSTARD HOLLANDAISE

Stove Top

  1. Place sauce contents into saucepan; heat over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  2. Carefully remove from heat and serve.

 

Microwave

  1. Do not microwave in the container provided.
  2. Place sauce into a microwave-safe dish.
  3. Place in the microwave and heat for 6-9 minutes or until heated to 165 F. Stir and serve.

 

ARTISAN ROLLS

Preheat oven to 350F.  Place rolls on sheet tray.  Bake 5-10 minutes until golden brown.

 

ASSORTED PETITE DESSERTS

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
