Our award-winning executive chef Alex Weidt has Minnesota roots and a lifelong passion for good food.

With a background in Classic French, Asian-French fusion, Classic American and Modern American food, he’s successfully worked as corporate chef for several restaurants before joining the Lunds & Byerlys catering team.

Alex enjoys making time-tested, classic dishes with a unique twist. He loves fresh ingredients, bold flavors and bright, colorful food; he’s also a huge fan of farm to fork and sustainable foods.
