Reheating Instructions

Turkey

16-18lb WHOLE TURKEY

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Remove turkey from packaging and place breast side up in a pan supported by a baking sheet. Add 1 ½ cups of water and cover with foil.
  3. Bake on center oven rack for 2.5 hours covered.
  4. Carefully remove turkey from oven. Remove foil and return to oven. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
  5. Remove turkey from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before carving.
  6. Pour pan drippings over hot sliced turkey just before serving or use to make gravy.

 

 

20-22lb WHOLE TURKEY

  1. Heat oven to 350F.

  4. Carefully remove turkey from oven. Remove foil and return to oven. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.

  6. Pour pan drippings over hot sliced turkey just before serving or use to make gravy.

 

 

16-22lbs of CARVED TURKEY

  1. Heat oven to 350F
  2. Place foil pans into the oven with the lid on, and bake for 1.5-2 hours with lid on.
  3. Carefully remove turkey from oven. Remove foil lids and return to oven and cook again for 15-20 or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove pans from oven & serve.

 

 

BONELESS TURKEY BREAST

 

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place foil pan into the oven with the lid on, and bake for 35-40 minutes with lid on.
  3. Carefully remove turkey from oven. Remove foil lid and return to oven and cook again for 5 minutes to brown.
  4. Carefully remove pan from oven and serve.
