Reheating Instructions

Vegetables

Guidelines are for 4.5-5lb quantities

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place foil pan into the oven with the lid on, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove pan from oven, peel back lid and stir contents.
  4. Place lid back on pan and return to oven to cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove pan from oven and serve.

 

  • For 10lb quantities, heat for a total of 45-55 minutes, stirring half way through heating
  • For L&B Catering Brussel sprouts do not stir vegetables during the reheating process
