Servers and Bartenders dress in black slacks with white shirts unless your party has a theme requiring different attire. Generally, chefs wear a chef's coat and dark slacks. The number staff required will vary with the size of the group and the duties you wish them to handle. There is a four hour minimum for each: Chefs - $50 / hour plus gratuity Servers and Bartenders - $40 / hour plus gratuity
