Terms and Conditions
This is an agreement between client and Lunds Food Holdings, Inc. (a/k/a Lunds and Byerly's Catering) that states the terms and conditions under which you may receive Lunds and Byerly's Catering service, including processing and delivery of product orders from Lunds and Byerly's Catering. Your use of Lunds and Byerly's Catering constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below.
All orders are subject to applicabe local salse tax (varies per municipality) and 7% service charge.*
Delivery orders are scheduled to be dropped off within a 30 minute window; 15 minutes prior to and 15 minutes after the scheduled delivery time during non-peak business times, and within an hour window; 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time during peak business times which occur in June, late November and December.
To change an existing active order, the revision must be placed by 9:00 am the day prior to delivery or pickup unless otherwise discussed with your event planner.
To cancel an order, cancellation must be placed by 9:00 am the day prior to scheduled delivery or pickup time for orders totaling $2,500 or less unless otherwise discussed with your event planner. Orders exceeding $2,500 will be subject to the following charges:
1 - 7 days prior to scheduled delivery or pickup day: 50% of Contracted Charges
8 - 15 days prior to scheduled delivery or pickup day: 25% of Contracted Charges
16 - 30 days prior to scheduled delivery or pickup day: 10% of Contracted Charges
All orders scheduled for pick up must be prepaid for with a credit card unless otherwise discussed with your event planner. Not picking up an order will result in full charge of the order.
The recipient of your goods must agree to sign for delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. If neither you, nor a designated recipient is present during your selected delivery time, we will use reasonable efforts to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, we will use our best discretion in making decisions as to if and where the delivery may be left. In some cases there may be a re-delivery fee. Your order will arrive with an itemized receipt listing all of the items you have received and for which you were billed. Your order is charged to your credit card when a call is made to confirm your order details. This call will occur 3 days prior to your delivery or pickup day. If you wish to prepay your order prior to this timeline, you may give your event planner credit card details at any time. Orders with a remaining balance will not be produced, delivered, or available for pickup unless prior arrangements have been made with your catering specialist and approved by management.
